The goal of this box is to focus on particular ingredients and to target specific skin concerns commonly experienced in peri/menopausal skins. In my personal experience, my skin has changed numerous times, and has recently felt extremely lacklustre and dry. Constantly. My skin also became much more sensitised in the last year. In this Box, you will find a full routine (which can be used in the morning or evening), hand-picked by me, with hydration and calming for a more sensitive skin in mind.

This is to calm and soothe peri/menopausal skin. (It is absolutely suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding and post/during severe illness.)

Elemis Superfood AHA Glow Cleansing Butter, 90ML
This fragrance-free cleansing balm can also emulsify to remove make-up, daily grime and pollutants – resulting in fresher, clean, healthy skin. Suitable for all skin types, can be used AM and/or PM without irritation. 
Darphin Intral Daily Rescue Serum, 50ML
This was one of the first ranges that I fell in love with when I first worked in Space NK in the 90s. VENeffect Skin Calming Mist, 100ML
The founders of VenEffect are obgyn/gynaecologists and created this brand to be 'for women by women'. This hydrating mist has a soft, cooling effect, helping to both reduce inflammation and soothe any skin, not just menopausal. The mist is extremely fine, leaving your skin with a light dusting of moisture as opposed to a fire hydrant soaking both you and your hair.. 
Dermalogica UltraCalming Calm Water Gel, 50ML
I've recommended this moisturiser more times than I can count. It literally turns to water on the skin, absorbing gently and quickly and sealing in any moisture underneath it, i.e. on this occasion, the Darphin Intral Serum.. Perfect for hot faces, whatever the reason.
