SHIPPING COSTS

*Please be aware that shipping times are calculated from despatch date. UK Express with a delivery timeframe of 1-2 days, will receive priority dispatch.   

**Please note that orders may take up to 10 days to be fulfilled following a new Kit launch.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment.

Please note we are not able to ship to PO Box addresses.

VAT AND DUTIES

For EU Customers

Orders purchased equal to or under €150.00 are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Once your parcel arrives in its destination country, local taxes, duties and charges may be added, which Skin Rocks is not responsible for.

If your order exceeds the value of €150.00, VAT and import duties will be charged under importation into your country and not at checkout. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported and out of our control.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for any charges incurred and are unable to offer any assistance or advice directly in relation to this problem. We advise that you check with your local customs agent before placing an order, if you are unsure of unexpected charges.

For all other customers, outside of the UK/EU

Orders purchased will be exclusive of VAT(value added tax). Once your parcel arrives in its destination country, local taxes, duties and charges may be added.

ORDER FULFILMENT

So that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible, our warehouse is shipping orders in real time. This means that once our warehouse has begun processing your order, your tracking information will be sent through imminently. We will not be holding orders for a period of time post sale launch, therefore if your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it at this time. Should you wish to still return it, please check out our refund policy to see if you are eligible for a return.

Carrier/customs charges will be communicated to you by your selected carrier. The speed in which this payment is made may impact your delivery. Charges will be communicated to you by your carrier and are outside of CH Shopfloor’s control.

Orders are sent with a tracking link and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location.

We are unable to ship Retinoid 2 to UAE, BAHRAIN, OMAN, KUWAIT AND QATAR due to regulatory restrictions around Vitamin A and required warning labelling.
